Account Registration and Management

2.1  One Personal Account Only

Each player may open only one personal account at bm390. If we find that one person has opened and is using a second account, those accounts will be closed and any bonuses and remaining balances obtained may be forfeited.

2.2  Accuracy at Registration

All personal information must be filled in accurately and completely during registration. Providing false information or using another person's personal details is strictly prohibited.

2.3  Account Security

2.4  Account Closure

Players may request to close their own account at any time via 24/7 Live Chat. bm390 may close an account without prior notice in the following cases—

  • If false information is found to have been provided
  • If financial fraud or exploitation of exceptions is detected
  • If unauthorized hacking or interception of the platform software and programs is detected
  • If there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering by the player

3.1  Deposit Methods

Bonus and Promotion Usage

4.1  Welcome Bonus

bm390 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 25x the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be requested.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, total 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
Example — Deposit 620,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), total 920,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

4.2  Bonus Restrictions

  • Bonus funds can only be used on games approved by us
  • Once a bonus is received, it cannot be converted to cash without completing the wagering requirement first
  • Transferring a bonus to any third party is strictly prohibited
  • If exploit abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be reviewed

4.3  VIP and Cashback Program

5.1  Prohibited Actions

  • Using bots or automated software to play

If any of these code of conduct violations are found, bm390 may immediately close the player's account, withhold the remaining balance, and take legal action.
